COLD, COLD COLD, & SNOW, SNOW, SNOW YOU CAN’T DETER ME!
Oh yes, I feel the cold and see the snow and it is becomes a little tough to get to the gym.
By no means, do I recommend you leave your house in the middle of a snow storm to go to the gym.
However, we got a few inches last night, the roads are lear and I got myself to the gym.
Tomorrow it is supposed to feel like below zero but I will throw on an extra layer of clothing and zip up my workout jacket, put my hoodie on my head and get to the gym.
I have to reach my goal and so do you and we will not let cold and snow weather deter us!
Yet, if your reading this and the cold is too much for you where you are or there is too much snow.
You move your furniture and put on one of my favorite workout DVDs.
I personally enjoy HIP HOP ABS! The music, Shaun T's personality, the workouts are the best. You have fun while you are doing them yet burning so many calories.,.
Also, look up home exercises! There is so much that can be done in the privacy of your own home.
Remember don’t let the cold and snow deter you! Till next time -AnnaMarie
TODAY AN ARTICLE ABOUT MY WEIGHT LOSS APPEARED IN MULTIPLE LOCAL NEWSPAPERS!
Okay honestly I purchase everything from Bodybuilding.com (DONT get scared it's not a website just for body builders lol) they have so many different types of products for weight loss, etc. They also sell almost every vitamin you can think of. Not only do I shop on the site because of the price but because the shipping is so fast. I am shocked when It is not at my door the next day. I am very busy so shopping on there also saves me time as well. Here are some of the items I take: womens multi vitamin, Apple cider vinegar supplement, a great tea extract vitamin, biotin, B6, CLA , B12, biotin & fish oil.
If you go to the site it will tell you what each one does. Vitamins are very important for nutrition!!
No I am not paid by the site lol. I just give credit where it is due. If I can help make anyone's life easier, I will.
An article featuring me will be on the front page of the health section for the following papers in CT: Darien, Easton, Milford, Monroe, Redding, Ridgefield, Shelton, Trumbull, Stratford, Wilton, Weston!!
No, I have not seen the photos they are using or read the article. I will see it for the first time as everyone else, lol.
But I must say, I do pray and hope someone who is reading it, will read my story, and decide that weight loss is possible, without getting surgery, ETC. I hope that because of my journey, someone starts one. All I cna do is continue on my journey and put my effort and time into motivating others.
The best option is to cook a healthy meal of steamed veggies and a lean protein—neither of which should be loaded with salt. The more sodium you have in your dinner, the more it sits in your body overnight causing you to wake up feeling less bloated.
There was a survery done in 2013 from the National Sleep Foundation found that active people are 56 to 67 percent more likely to say they usually get a good night's sleep—no matter what time of day they exercise. Take a walk, run up and down the stairs, do a quick workout DVD or some squats, ETC.
Eating out will ALWAYS make it harder to count calories and watch what you are eating. There is so much more temptation and you are not in control over exactly the portion, the seasonings, ETC regardless of how you ask it to be prepared. The average restaurant meal contains 2 times the amount of cals that you should be consuming in 1 sitting. When losing weight, lunch should always be your smallest meal. Also, who really has time to make a lunch in the morning?
Water flushes out your system and the more you drink helps you get rid of any water you're retaining. Crazy right? you need atleast 8 glasses a day to function normally. I drink 1.5-2 gallons a day. also remember....when you work out you need to add 12oz for every 30 min you exercise.
HOPE THESE ARE SOME HELPFUL TIPS FOR ALL OF MY READERS! ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ALWAYS EMAIL ME.
