COLD, COLD COLD, & SNOW, SNOW, SNOW YOU CAN’T DETER ME!
Oh yes, I feel the cold and see the snow and it is becomes a little tough to get to the gym.
By no means, do I recommend you leave your house in the middle of a snow storm to go to the gym.
However, we got a few inches last night, the roads are lear and I got myself to the gym.
Tomorrow it is supposed to feel like below zero but I will throw on an extra layer of clothing and zip up my workout jacket, put my hoodie on my head and get to the gym.
I have to reach my goal and so do you and we will not let cold and snow weather deter us!
Yet, if your reading this and the cold is too much for you where you are or there is too much snow.
You move your furniture and put on one of my favorite workout DVDs.
I personally enjoy HIP HOP ABS! The music, Shaun T's personality, the workouts are the best. You have fun while you are doing them yet burning so many calories.,.
Also, look up home exercises! There is so much that can be done in the privacy of your own home.
